Participating areas
Four research teams in four areas in Sweden take part in the SNAC-study working with the same design and same core study protocol. The areas represent different parts of Sweden : urban and rural, south and north:

- Karlskrona municipalitiy in Blekinge county
- Nordanstig municipalitiy in Gävleborg county
- Region Skåne with municipalities Malmö, Eslöv, Hässleholm, Osby, Ystad
- Kungsholmen district in the city of Stockholm
